What you need to know

Vendor Handbook Overview

Market Schedule

— Year-round market, up to 50 dates per year
— Every Thursday, 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
— Set-up begins at 2:00 PM; ready to sell by 3:45 PM
— Early breakdown not permitted without approval
— Closed on Thanksgiving; Thanksgiving week moves to Wednesday
— Closed final two weeks of December

Eligibility Requirements

— Producer-only market — you must grow, make, or create all items sold
— No resale, mass-produced, or counterfeit goods
— No political materials
— Category limits apply — full categories may be waitlisted
— All applicable licenses, permits, and insurance must be submitted

Participation Plans

Weekly — Space-available; pay 1 week in advance
Monthly — every scheduled Thursday market in a month; 10% discount
Quarterly — 12 markets; 15% discount + guaranteed space
— All fees non-refundable; 48-hour notice required for cancellations

Insurance & Liability

— General liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 required
— COI must name Shore Ventures Group LLC DBA Shore Acres and Crown Sports Center LLC as additional insured
— COI must be submitted before your first market day
— Food vendors are strongly encouraged to carry product liability coverage
